Old habits are hard to break, especially when it comes to relationships. So how do you know when the time comes to finally end a relationship?

Whenever you are unhappy, it’s time to move on. It is never easy to break up with a man that you care about. Being clear that your relationship is over while being sensitive to his feelings is sometimes difficult, but necessary so that he can maintain his dignity in the face of rejection. I suggest that you be brief and vague. Avoid clichés such as “it’s not you, it’s me.” Once you’ve decided to end a relationship there is no point engaging in a long discussion or over-analyzing what went wrong. Sometimes two people are just not meant to be together.

Tip: To quote Mae West, all discarded lovers should be given a second chance, but with somebody else!

WHAT WOULD THE COUNTESS DO? POSITIVE BODY IMAGE; FALL FASHION!

Any tips on some thoughtful gifts for loved ones, with a not so big budget?

Some of the best gifts I’ve received were not expensive or extravagant but thoughtful and unique. Before I give a gift, I always consider what the recipient enjoys doing. For a busy mother, you can offer to take care of her children for a few hours so that she can go do something for herself. A framed photograph commemorating time you’ve spent together is another budget friendly and thoughtful gift option. Kitchen stores are full of inexpensive but interesting gadgets for the home cooking aficionado.

Tip: Use more imagination than money when gift giving on a budget.
