It's hard to believe that Regis Philbin said adios to Live! last November, and his replacement still hasn't been announced.
According to a recent report, however, it looks like they're getting closer to fill his seat!

As first reported by Showbiz411, Saturday Night Live comedian Seth Meyers is the front-runner to co-host with Kelly Ripa.

Numbers two and three on the wish list include former New York Giants star Michael Strahan and singer Josh Groban. People involved in making the decision feel Seth is ahead of the competition; in fact, he'll guest co-host for an entire week starting Monday.
As for the official announcement, well we'll have to wait a little longer. And by that, we mean... September.
