Fox announced last night that LA Reid and Britney Spears will be replaced by Grammy-winning Destiny's Child member Kelly Rowland and international pop star Paulina Rubio. Simon Cowell had this to say about being surrounded by ladies on a panel for the first time: "I'm delighted to finally be on a panel with three girls (I think!). Paulina and Kelly both have great taste and massive experience in the music industry and together with Demi, this is going to be a fun panel."
