Aaron Carter is looking to unload his Lancaster, Calif. home. The singer listed the five bed, four bath abode for $849,900.
He purchased the property back in November 2020 for $620,000, which would net him a cool profit on the sale. The home spans over 4,000-square-feet and is complete with a luscious green lawn and four car garage.
The family-friendly home is described as a “private oasis” boasting a giant pool and spa “surrounded by terraced landscaping romanced with palm trees.”
Carter’s property sale comes as the 33-year-old recently welcomed his first child with fiancée Melanie Martin. Prince Lyric arrived after Martin underwent an emergency C-section following 13 hours of labor last week.
“Emergency C Section after 13 hours of labor but my fiancée is in great health thank you lord and the incredibly sweet loving staff here. Prince is precious. I love you son,” The “I Want Candy” crooner captioned a snap of the newborn via Instagram on Monday, November 22. “Your mommy loves you as I drop tears on the phone. This is me cutting his umbilical cord my precious family #TheCarters @missmelaniemartin I’m so proud of you hunny you did it I Love you with all my heart my beautiful blessings from god 😇 😍👨👩👦💪🌹.”
During Martin’s extensive labor, the songwriter shared videos from the birthing suite, keeping his fans updated with the baby’s progress.
The happy news comes after the Dancing With the Stars alum and Martin revealed they had suffered a miscarriage in June 2020. “We’re gonna give it some time, let her heal and then we’re going to try again,” he wrote after announcing the devastating news. “We both want that." But it was all good news earlier this year when Carter announced that the pair were expecting a rainbow baby in an emotional video showcasing Martin’s positive pregnancy tests.
