Adele’s Music Video Palace Is On The Market — Tour The Nearby Montréal Home Where The Superstar Filmed 'Easy On Me': Photos
The luxurious estate where Adele filmed the "Easy On Me" music video is on sale.
The Canadian home — located nearly 90 minutes from Montréal — that was used in the film for the chart topping song has hit the market for a mere $4.37 million U.S. dollars.
The 173-acre vineyard, entitled Domaine Dumont Chapelle Ste-Agnès, contains six buildings, including the 1846-built manor house which was renovated in 2021, and is fit for a Hollywood superstar.
The sprawling mansion boasts ten bedrooms and 14 bathrooms along with it's very own reception hall, a chapel, a guesthouse, and several more buildings to make the potential buyer feel like they have their very own little kingdom.
One reception hall in particular — the red ballroom — served as the main location for the video for the heartbreaking ballad by the British powerhouse. A portrait of the Grammy Award winner even hangs on the wall.
The estate is a private vineyard with over 7,000 vines and a production facility for making ice and port wine which is perfect to drink in the home's very own wine rooms. The special spaces have a French flair with beautiful vaulted ceilings and terracotta tile floors.
The versatile home — whose rooms give many commercial options to the next owner — is currently being listed by David O’Malley of Engel & Völkers Montréal.
If the lucky owner happens to be an American citizen, not a problem! The Sutton, Québec location is only a quick drive to the American border.
