'RHOM' Star Alexia Echevarria's Son Peter Rosello Arrested For Domestic Violence In Miami: Report
The Real Housewives of Miami star Alexia Echevarria's son was arrested after a domestic violence dispute with his girlfriend.
Peter Rosello, 29, was arrested in Miami on Thursday, January 6, for allegedly slapping and kicking his girlfriend of three months during a fight, it was reported.
The Miami-Dade Police Department told Page Six, the alleged dispute began when the couple returned home to their apartment. According to the police report, the reality star's son allegedly got upset when his girlfriend told him she wanted to stay at her mother's house.
According to the police report, Rosello put his hand on the female's neck and pushed her backwards, leading Rosello's girlfriend to slap his hand from her neck.
"The defendant then proceeded to knee the victim in her crotch area, causing her to fall down to the ground," the report went on to allege, per the outlet. "The defendant then kicked the victim once while she was on the ground."

His girlfriend attempted to escape the situation but Rosello reportedly, “grabbed the victim by her arm and pulled her back inside of the apartment." A witness confirmed they saw Rosello, "pull the victim inside of the apartment as she was trying to free herself from his grip."
The witness took the female into their apartment, where they proceeded to call the police. Authorities claimed the alleged victim looked to be "distressed" and had visible redness to her face and neck area. She also reportedly had pain in her crotch area.
The businesswoman's son was booked in the early hours of the morning and bond was set at $1,500. Rosello — who was reportedly arrested for attacking a homeless man in 2012 — was charged with a battery misdemeanor.
Rosello is the eldest son of the Bravo star, 54, and ex-husband Pedro "Peggy" Rosello — who also share younger son Frankie Rosello. Echevarria currently stars on the Peacock reboot of the Bravo series, where her troubled son has made appearances after not getting along with her current husband, Todd Nepola.
In a statement to OK!, the family's attorney Peter Heller stated: “After a prefile investigation of the case by the State Attorney’s office, the decision was made not to file charges against Peter Alexander Rosello. There was no evidence to support allegations. The case was dismissed and is now closed.” A source close to the family noted that "they’re happy that Peter was vindicated by the justice system and they look forward to moving on."
