'RHOM' Star Alexia Echevarria's Son Peter Rosello Will Not Face Charges Following Domestic Violence Arrest: Report
The Real Housewives of Miami star Alexia Echevarria's son Peter Rosello will not be facing charges following his domestic violence arrest in January.
In an exclusive statement to OK! the family's attorney Peter Heller said, “After a prefile investigation of the case by the State Attorney’s office, the decision was made not to file charges against Peter Alexander Rosello. There was no evidence to support allegations. The case was dismissed and is now closed.”
A source close to the family, revealed that "they’re happy that Peter was vindicated by the justice system and they look forward to moving on."
As OK! previously reported, Rosello, 29, was arrested on Thursday, January 6, after his girlfriend of three months alleged that he had slapped and kicked her during a fight at an apartment in Miami, Florida.
The Miami-Dade Police Department told Page Six at the time that the dispute allegedly started after the reality star's son had gotten upset when his girlfriend told him she wanted to stay at her mother's house for the night.

After authorities arrived on scene, Rosello was taken into custody, booked, and had his bail set at $1,500.
Rosello has been heavily featured on season four of the Peacock reboot of the Bravo series where the family is currently grappling with how to best care for Echevarria's youngest son Frankie Rosello — who was impaired involved in a traumatic car accident.
The Alexia + Frankie´s Beauty Bar owner, 54, — who recently married Todd Nepola — exclusively told OK! that her decision to put her family's struggles on television helps connect her to the show's audience. "What we really got from that scene was the fact that this end, this is really about Frankie," Echevarria explained about the fight between her new husband and her eldest son. "So it brought us together as a family to say, you know what? We need to take action."
"We saw ourselves and we're like, wow! We sometimes do need to see something like that to kind of wake you up," the Cuban TV star revealed. "So I feel like this scene was very hard for us as a family, but it was also very good because we got through it."
