Aubrey O'Day weighed in on Duane "Keffe D" Davis' guilty verdict in Tupac Shakur's murder, saying the conviction after nearly 30 years proved that Sean "Diddy" Combs should also be held "accountable" if evidence links him to the crime.
"Today's verdict makes one thing painfully clear: you do not have to be the person who pulls the trigger to be held responsible for a murder," O'Day, 42, said in a post via X on Monday, August 31. "A jury found Keffe D guilty of orchestrating Tupac Shakur’s killing nearly 30 years later."

Tupac Shakur was fatally shot while riding in a vehicle with Marion 'Suge' Knight in September 1996.
As OK! previously reported, Keffe D, 63, was found guilty of first degree murder for his role in the 1996 shooting death of the "All Eyez on Me" rapper.
Prosecutors claimed the former Compton gang leader allegedly gave a handgun to members of the Southside Crips-Burris Street gang, who later fatally shot Shakur as he rode in a vehicle with Marion "Suge" Knight in Las Vegas.

In the state of Nevada, a person can be held criminally liable for murder if they aid or abet another person in committing the crime.
The "Damaged" singer hinted that the verdict in the case could implicate the Bad Boy Records founder, 56, who is currently behind bars until February 2028 after being found guilty of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.
Though Diddy has never officially been a suspect in Tupac's murder, Davis has suggested on several occasions that he was offered $1 million by the "Last Night" singer to kill Shakur and Knight.

Aubrey O'Day Called Out Sean 'Diddy' Combs
Aubrey O'Day called for anyone connected to Tupac Shakur's murder be brought to justice.
"So now the question becomes: if evidence establishes that anyone else financed, ordered, encouraged, or knowingly set that murder in motion, why should their accountability be any different?" O'Day continued. "Justice cannot stop with the person in the car. It has to follow the evidence wherever and to whomever-it leads."
