Despite being a busy Hollywood actor, Ben Affleck made time to pick up his son from school.
On Thursday, March 17, the Argo star was seen pulling up in his Tesla to son Samuel's school in Santa Monica, Calif. While waiting for his kiddo — whom he shares with ex-wife Jennifer Garner — Affleck took the time to finish his cigarette and beverage, as he spoke to someone on the phone.
The photos obtained by Daily Mail showed the 49-year-old wearing a navy blue button-down dress shirt with the sleeves rolled up to his elbows and dark blue jeans. He completed his look with white and brown sneakers.
After scooping up the 10-year-old from school, the father-son duo were spotted walking back to the car in face masks, with Samuel also donning a green polo shirt, seemingly for St. Patrick's Day, he paired with kaki pants and a plaid flannel he tied around his waist.
Affleck's sighting came one day before the release of his highly-anticipated film, Deep Water, which he starred in alongside ex Ana de Armas. The former flames met two years ago on the movie set and began dating in early 2020 before their January 2021 split.
Not long after calling it quits, Affleck reconnected with ex-fiancée Jennifer Lopez in April following the pop star's split from ex-fiancé Alex Rodriguez.

And as Bennifer 2.0 had been heating up ever since their reconciliation, an insider exclusively spilled to OK! that The Town actor was "dreading" having to play nice with his ex during the Deep Water press tour.
The exes "were supposed to hit the promotional trail," which would've most likely included interviews, press junkets and the pair walking the red carpet together, but the film ended up going straight to streaming.
“They won’t have to hobnob on the red carpet or worry about bringing their current partners with them!" the insider explained of the film distribution switch-up, adding: “They play a married couple, so would probably face questions about their relationship," while promoting the movie.
While the Cuban and Spanish actress has since moved on with Tinder executive Paul Boukadakis, whom she's been dating since June 2021, the OK! source spilled that “It really stuck in Ana’s craw,” when Affleck immediately moved on with Lopez last year.
It's unclear where Affleck and de Armas' relationship stands now, but the father-of-three seems too busy thinking about his future plans with his girlfriend to worry about his past romances. As insiders are claiming a proposal is "imminent" for the two, both Affleck and Lopez have opened up about how lucky they are to have gotten a second chance at love.
“I can say that it’s definitely beautiful to me," the handsome hunk previously said of his and the songstress' love story. “I am very lucky in my life in that I have benefited from second chances, and I am aware that other people don’t even get first chances.”
