Round Two: Court Date Set For Blac Chyna's Second Phase Of Lawsuit Against Rob Kardashian
Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian will face off in court once again.
Fresh off a defeat in her defamation case against the Kardashian family, the model has yet another trial date set in her ongoing legal battles against her daughter's father.
According to court documents obtained by Radar, the Los Angeles Superior Court judge presiding over the lawsuit has set phase 2 of the trial for June 13.
This half of the legal battle will focus on Chyna's claim about the 2017 incident where Kardashian posted x-rated photos of her on his Instagram account following their split.
Chyna sued the sock designer, alleging he shared the images to cause her emotional harm and labeled the situation "humiliating and degrading." The social media star believes Kardashian should have to pay damages for sharing such private photographs.

In the first portion of the case, Chyna sued her ex, along with his mom Kris Jenner and his sisters Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian & Kylie Jenner, for allegedly getting her E! show Rob & Chyna canceled and spreading lies about her to executives at the network.
However, the jury in the case ruled in the famous reality family's favor. Chyna has now started the process of appealing the verdict.

As OK! previously reported, Chyna's legal team has hit back at the Kardashian legal victory. Her attorney Lynne Ciani explained: “Angela White deserved a fair trial in a court of law and she did not receive a fair trial."
In newly filed court documents obtained by the outlet, Ciani detailed what they believe were the judge's biases during the trial, which involved one of their employees getting a bit too friendly with the Kar-Jenners and their legal team.
“I have never moved to disqualify a judge for cause … in my entire 32-year career as a litigator," Ciani emphasized in the legal papers about what they believe was unfair treatment towards the mother-of-two.
