Blac Chyna Wants Rob Kardashian To Foot Her Legal Bills After The Sock Designer Drops All Charges Against Her: Report
Blac Chyna wants Rob Kardashian to pay up.
In court documents obtained by Radar, the Grown & Sexy star, 33, filed a list of expenses she had to pay in order to defend herself against the allegations the Arthur George designer, 34, put in his complaint — and now she wants her former fiancé to reimburse her for all of it.
According to the legal papers, Chyna spent $1,700 on "filing and motion fees," $33k on deposition fees, along with another $2,300 for a court reporter, $4k in fees, and $4k on photocopies. The motion claimed the total cost in expenses was $45,383.81.
In the lawsuit — which Kardashian recently dropped mere days before their trial date — the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star accused the model of assaulting him at his sister Kylie Jenner's home in December 2016. He alleged his ex used an iPhone cord to try to strangle him and struck him with a 6 ft. metal pole while drunk.
Chyna maintained the incident never happened and that the lawsuit was just a retaliation for her suing her ex and his other family members.

"In addition to dropping his lawsuit claiming over $750K in damages, Rob Kardashian must now pay for all of Chyna’s litigation costs," Chyna's attorney, Lynne Ciani, told the outlet.
"This entire time, Chyna has had to live through hell with Rob's horrific and false accusations hanging over her head," Ciani continued. "Chyna was finally about to have her day in court at a February 23 jury trial in Los Angeles Superior Court where she was prepared to prove with evidence that Rob's claim that she physically attacked and assaulted him was a malicious lie."
"Instead, Rob dropped his case on the eve of trial, not because he suddenly wanted to drop the case 'for the sake of his daughter,' but because he knew his assault and battery accusations against Chyna were false," the lawyer insisted.
The social media star has an upcoming trial date set in April, where she will face the members of the Kardashian-Jenner family that she is suing for allegedly spreading lies about her in court.
