Blac Chyna Wants Kim & Khloé Kardashian To Answer Questions About Brother Rob's Gun Collection In Ongoing Assault Case

Blac Chyna is demanding answers from ex Rob Kardashian's sisters in the pair's ongoing legal battle.
Rob previously filed an assault and battery lawsuit after Chyna allegedly attacked him during a physical altercation in 2016. The Arthur George sock designer claimed that the Grown & Sexy star tried to strangle him with an iPhone charger cord and hit him with a 6-ft metal pole.
In an attempt to disprove the allegations against her, Chyna has subpoenaed her ex-fiancé's family members to sit for a deposition under oath.
According to a new report from Radar, the model — who shares 5-year-old daughter Dream with the former reality star — is requesting that Kim and Khloé Kardashian provide information specifically regarding their brother's gun collection.
The 33-year-old is reportedly asking that Kim and Khloe take the stand to specifically answer questions on their "knowledge regarding [Mr. Kardashian’s] gun and ammunition ownership," however the famous sisters are doing everything they can to object to the subpoenas.
Additionally, Chyna also wants Kylie Jenner to answer questions regarding the security footage at her home, where the alleged assault took place.

However, the Kardashian-Jenner sisters are trying to get out of it by arguing they are too busy, and that they were already deposed in Chyna's separate lawsuit against them. (Chyna is also suing Kim, Khloé, Kylie, and Kris Jenner for defamation and breach of contract after allegedly trying to get her show Rob & Chyna canceled).
A lawyer for the Kardashian-Jenner family argued the reality stars are "extremely busy" with their professional lives, and that it would be both "excessively disruptive" and "burdensome to force their additional depositions to take place on such short notice."
Chyna is in-turn arguing the famous family has a "firm belief that their status as owners of 'billion-dollar companies' means they are above the law. They are not."
However, the Kardashian-Jenner brood still believes the dispositions are only a way of trying to harass them.
Chyna also has a separate suit against her baby daddy, claiming that he tried intimidating her into dropping the case against his family members, although Rob has vehemently denied the claims.
