Brad Pitt Telling Lawyers 'To Do Whatever Is Necessary' To Win — And End — Ongoing Legal War With Angelina Jolie: Source
No more Mr. Nice Guy! Brad Pitt is prepared to pull out all the stops in order to put an end to his contentious legal battle with ex-wife Angelina Jolie.
As OK! previously reported, the Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood star, 57, was awarded joint custody of the five underaged children he shares with the 48-year-old. (The former flames are mom and dad to Maddox, 19, Pax, 17, Zahara, 16, Shiloh, 14, and 13-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox.)
Shortly afterwards, the Those Who Wish Me Dead actress filed a complaint to the Second District Court of Appeal in California over the judge's ruling, saying that she was "denied a fair trial" and that important evidence was excluded from the case. Jolie also filed legal documents last month claiming that three of the former couples’ children wanted to testify against Pitt during the court proceedings.
A source exclusively tells OK! that Pitt is eager to end the pair’s ongoing legal war — and is secretly meeting with his lawyers in order “to get his ducks in a row.”

“Brad knows Angelina won’t stop,” says the source, “so he wants to review his next steps.”
In truth, it doesn’t seem like Jolie is prepared to cease fire. Just last week, she filed legal documents asking a judge to lift a restraining order on the transfer of their joint assets so she can sell off her share of her and Pitt’s wine company Miraval.
“Brad is sick of all this hostility,” says the source, “and has told his lawyers to do whatever is necessary to see this case through and win.”
Meanwhile, though the source adds that Jolie is "having a hard time accepting the ruling," it seems she's moved on when it comes to the romance department. The humanitarian recently sparked speculation that she's dating The Weeknd after the two were photographed leaving Giorgio Baldi in Los Angeles. The Maleficent star was also snapped leaving ex-husband Johnny Miller’s New York City apartment carrying a bottle of wind.
