Brittany Aldean radiates the confidence she had during her cheerleading days.

The former cheerleader previously opened up about her 17-pound weight-loss after welcoming her two children, son Memphis and daughter Navy, with husband Jason Aldean.

"I gained 40 lbs. with both of my children, and it took me a lot longer to start feeling myself after my second," she shared in a 2020 press release. "I felt really down. Eventually I came to a point where I knew that I just had to take charge."

Brittany then adopted healthier eating habits when she began following the South Beach Diet.

"I started South Beach and saw and felt the results almost immediately," she said. "I was a better 'me' both mentally and physically and I am thankful that I found a program that truly works as a lifestyle."

"This shoot was so much fun because I felt comfortable in my skin again!" Brittany said of working on the campaign for the South Beach Diet in Miami. Brittany was all smiles as she enjoyed a sunny vacation in November 2024.

During the outing, she flashed a bright smile for the camera and sipped an orange drink while posing in front of the palm trees. To elevate her tropical style, she wore a plunging animal-print dress paired with a wide-brim straw hat and sunglasses.
