Feel the burn! Chrissy Teigen channeled her inner '80s personal trainer when she posted three clips on Instagram, where she donned a curly wig and a sheer sequined bodysuit in a hilarious workout video.
"That’s 38 minutes of fat-burning fun," Teigen said in the first clip, as she stretched a green resistance band and pulled the lingerie beneath her bodysuit up. "I honestly have no idea when the right time to post this is," she captioned the clip.
Teigen also gave Cher a shout-out and said she loves her.
In the second shot, Teigen and her pal Nova Kaplan showed off their butts, as they worked out on the ground.
In the last clip, the pair was seen on the floor, stretching their legs with resistance bands — but Kaplan struggled in the background. "I think she needs assistance in the back," one user joked.

While Teigen was inspired by Cher, fans couldn’t help compare the model to Janet Jackson. “Janet Jackson is that you??” one user asked. “At first look, I thought you were Janet Jackson!” another wrote. “Serious Janet Jackson vibes,” a third fan added. Others thought Teigen looked more like Latoya Jackson.
Teigen’s famous pals also weighed in on the fun. "I dunno about this," Whitney Cummings commented on the second clip but added “next time you do this not sober I’m in.”
Not all of Teigen’s fans were impressed with Cummings' comment, as Teigen confirmed in December that she was four weeks sober following her tragic miscarriage in September. "Are you dumb? She’s been sober for over a month. What? You can’t be silly and have fun without being drunk? Ugh," one fan scolded Cummings.
Meanwhile, Michelle Pfeiffer left a laughing emoji under Teigen’s video.
“You look good with dark hair,” one fan gushed. “That one workout video I can get into!” another admitted.
Teigen has enjoyed experimenting with her hair recently — she even wore a purple wig after she fell in love with the look because of a filter. “I swear I’m okay! I realize this looks like I’m having a crisis lol I just wanna start looking the way I’ve always wanted to!!” she explained while showing fans her lavender tresses.
