CNN Anchor Don Lemon Sells Sleek Harlem Condo For $1.55 Million — Tour His Former Manhattan Digs
With the help of agent (and fiancé!) Tim Malone, Steven Cohen and Lee Wall from Douglas Elliman, CNN anchor Don Lemon sold his New York City condo in Harlem on February 26 for $1.55 million.
Lemon and his fiancé — who handled the sale on his partner's behalf and lived in the condo with Lemon — initially listed the NYC home last February for $1.75 million. The lovebirds were hoping to try out a new neighborhood and find a bigger space, since they are now both working from home amid the ongoing pandemic.
Lemon first bought the property in 2013 for $1,488,376 and owns another home nearby in the Hamptons, which he bought in 2016 for $3.1 million.

The en-suite bath that showcases beautiful stone-tile floors, walls and detailed backsplash is complete with a stall shower and soaking tub.
Apart from the second coordinated full-bathroom, the condo includes a half bath and a washer/dryer.
While the home is currently configured as a two bedroom, the open layout of the condo is designed so it can be transformed back to the original layout with three bedrooms.
The new owner and guests will be able to enjoy the fresh air from the beautiful balcony, which is just steps away from the living room.
