Business In The Front! Demi Lovato Rocks Edgy Mullet On Set Of New Music Video With Rapper G-Eazy — Photos
Pop star Demi Lovato has been on quite the journey this past year. After breaking off their engagement to Max Ehrich in September and bravely announcing they are non-binary last month — going by they/them pronouns — Lovato has now shifted their focus to their physical self, captivating their fans with stunning new hairstyles.
The "Confident" crooner stole the show at the 2021 iHeartRadio Music Awards last month when they debuted a new mullet haircut. The singer rocked a purple pantsuit and matching manicure with a smoky eye and sharp brows that perfectly complemented their edgy new 'do.
Lovato rocked a pixie cut for months before sporting the retro style, which is shorter in the front and slightly longer in the back. Celebrity hairstylist Riawna Capri has given the classic look an updated name, dubbing it the "chillet" (chill mullet).
Ever the trendsetter, the 28-year-old brunette beauty keeps us guessing with what hairstyle they will come up with next. In the meantime, the singer rocked their funky mullet on the set of a music video for an unreleased song with rapper G-Eazy earlier this week.
The "No Limit" rapper and Lovato have been pals for years, even sparking dating rumors after G-Eazy split from longtime girlfriend Halsey in 2018. The 32-year-old producer was quick to shut the rumor mill down, claiming they were just "friends."
