Dolores Catania Goes Topless To Show Off New Body After Plastic Surgery — See The Sexy Photo
Dolores Catalina is showing off her brand new body and jaws are dropping!
On May 26, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star posed topless for a cheeky Instagram photo, wearing nothing but a pair of nude-colored underwear and her long hair covering her chest.
The 50-year-old captioned the photo, “Tonight, the gloves are off. Tune in to part 2 of the #RHONJ reunion @bravotv”
The reality TV star received an outpouring of love in the comments section on her new look, including a message from RHONJ co-star Margaret Josephs, who wrote, “Ok hot stuff the gloves and clothes are coming off!! Coming in super HOT!!”
A handful of other Bravo stars commented, including D’andra Simmons and Stephanie Hollman of Real Housewives of Dallas.
Real Housewives of New York City star Leah McSweeney added “Omfg,” while Jersey Shore alum Sammi Giancola also chimed in, commenting “You look amazing! ”
Catania’s family wasn’t quite as excited to see the semi-naked photo as her fans and friends were. Her daughter Gabrielle commented, “all my childhood nightmares of @nicklarson7 seeing you naked just came true.”

Catania’s ex-husband, Frank Catania had a similar reaction, commenting, “Put some f—ng clothes on” with some laughing face emojis.
Catania has been extremely open about her plastic surgery experiences, sharing that she had a facelift done years ago, along with a tummy tuck last year.
In addition to touching up her Botox, Catania went under the knife for nine hours for a major full-body procedure. She previously told Page Six that she “probably does the most out of anyone on all the ‘Housewives’ franchises” to prepare for the reunion special.
“I got full plastic surgery, full-body lip, a brand-new vagina,” the mom of two candidly stated. “I don’t know what that has to do with the reunion, but I figured while I was doing everything.
“Two million people are going to watch this, maybe more if we’re lucky,” she continued. “And you got to look good, you got to look your best.”
