President Donald Trump was filmed in a tense, animated exchange in the cockpit of Marine One after touching down at Morristown Municipal Airport in New Jersey on Monday, September 7.
Video circulating online shows the 80-year-old president standing near the front of the helicopter, pointing toward the cockpit crew for about 16 seconds.
“It is not clear from the video what exactly upset the president. The footage shows him making a series of firm and dismissive gestures while speaking to the pilots, like waving his hand and jabbing his finger,” noted The Daily Beast’s Will Neal.

After the encounter, Trump walked onto the tarmac to transfer to Air Force One. Observers noted that he bypassed the Marine guards stationed by the aircraft without returning their standard salute.

In one upload by White House, Trump was cast as the DC Comics superhero Green Lantern. The video featured the official superhero oath in the caption. It showed an AI-generated Trump using a green power ring to instantly manifest a massive border wall to stop crowds of people, a fleet of military aircraft and an entire glowing green industrial city labeled "American Manufacturing.”
On his personal Truth Social account, Trump shared roughly 40 futuristic and historically revisionist images over a multi-hour period.
Some people criticized Donald Trump for making AI posts instead of honoring the Labor Day holiday.
Political commentators note that the alternate-reality posting blitz — reportedly curated with help from close aides like Harp — seemed designed to project ultimate power amid severe real-world challenges.
Media commentators and critics noted that the sheer volume of posts — including ideas to rename New Mexico to "New America"— overshadowed the true meaning of the holiday.
“A man who can’t spare a single sentence for American workers on the one day built for them isn’t neglecting Labor Day. He’s telling everyone exactly what he thinks it’s worth,” blasted the advocacy group Really American.
