They’re back! The beloved cast of ER will reunite on Stars in the House, a daily livestream series to support The Actors Fund and multiple charitable ventures for the entertainment industry.
On the Thursday, April 22, episode, the cast of ER will answer fans' questions and possibly even partake in some live music — after all, the series is hosted by Broadway favorite Seth Rudetsky and his husband, James Wesley.
For this particular episode, the ER cast will align with the Waterkeeper Alliance, whose mission is to ensure the right to everyone’s access to clean water, since the nonprofit is pretty important to the actors who made up the medical drama.
Gloria Rueben, who played Jeanie Boulet on the show, is the president of Waterkeeper Alliance.
On Stars in the House, she will be joined by George Clooney (Doug Ross), Noah Wyle (John Carter), Laura Innes (Kerry Weaver), Anthony Edwards (Mark Greene), Alex Kingston (Elizabeth Corday), Julianna Margulies (Carol Hathaway), Goran Visnjic (Luka Kovac), Paul McCrane (Robert Romano), Ming-Na Wen (Jing-Mei Chen), Laura Cerón (Chuny Marquez), Yvette Freeman (Haleh Adams), Conni Marie Brazelton (Connie Oligario) and CCH Pounder (Angela Hicks).
“I am absolutely thrilled to be reuniting with my ER family for a cause that is so close to my heart, and so grateful to Seth and James for allowing us to use their incredible platform to do so,” Reuben said in a statement.
“I’ve been involved with Waterkeeper Alliance for fifteen years, representing over 350 community-based Waterkeepers around the globe, and the work that they do is beyond comparison. We must continue to fight for clean water not just on Earth Day, but all year round!”
Stars In The House raised over $50,000 in the first four days of airing and has included a multitude of star talent, including Tina Fey, Jeff Richmond, Jason Alexander, Andrew Lloyd Webber and many more. Currently, the show has raised over $830,275 for The Actors Fund and over $203,337 for other non-profit organizations.
The ER reunion will stream on the Stars In The House website on April 22 at 8 p.m. ET. New episodes will air Tuesdays-Saturdays at 8 p.m. ET on their YouTube channel and website.
