'RHOBH' Star Erika Jayne Spills She Will 'Never' Remarry Amid Ongoing Legal Battle With Ex Tom Girardi
Wedding bells won't be ringing for this Housewife!
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jayne was caught on her way to her car by paparrazi and grilled on the nitty gritty of her love life from her dating preferences to marriage plans.
Though the pop icon initially laughed off the questions about who she is dating and what it takes to slide into her DM's, a few of the shutterbug's questions caught her attention.
The 50-year-old has previously rattled off "intelligence" as her number one quality she looks for in a man. "I think every girl, you know, like a guy with money," she added when prompted, while admitting looks "are kind of on a lower scale" for her when it comes to attraction.
But now the "Painkillrs" singer is opening up about marriage — or the lack thereof — in her future. The tv personality was caught in a rush and on the go, but stopped in her tracks when TMZ asked if she would ever date another lawyer.
"Oooh, that's a good question. That's a good question. Probably not," the reality television star admitted, though she quickly readjusted her answer, joking "I don't know. I may need free legal."

But Jayne was far more confident about her answer when she was asked if she would ever want to get married again. "I am married!" she teased, but when pressed she said, "No, I will not. Never."
This news may not come as a huge surprise to fans who are eagerly following the show, as well as the twists and turns of her ongoing court case. The Pretty Mess author is currently fighting her way out of a 20 year marriage with her ex Tom Girardi after filing for divorce back in November, 2020, and the drama has not stopped yet.
As OK! previously reported, the "Get It Tonight" songstress found herself in a heated legal battle with her soon-to-be ex-husband, after Girardi was accused of embezzling millions from a fund meant for plane crash victims and their families.
The 82-year-old former lawyer has since been disbarred by the state of California and moved into a senior living facility.
But she isn't letting it get her down. The embattled Bravo personality is not only ready to start dating again, but she seems to be ready to get back to work with her musical career.
On November 11, Jayne took to Instagram to share a black-and-white snapshot of herself performing, captioning the cryptic photo. "It's time."
