Ex-Prince Andrew Among 14 Epstein Associates Publicly Named by Thomas Massie on House Floor

Ex-Prince Andrew was named among 14 people alleged to be Jeffrey Epstein "co-conspirators" by Rep. Thomas Massie, who called for the individuals to be investigated over their suspected ties to the late convicted s-- offender.

"The government continues to withhold over three million files," Massie, 55, said as he addressed the House floor on Monday, August 31, per Newsweek. "That’s why we’ve introduced the Epstein Files Transparency Act II, to bring the fight to the state courts, accountability to the Department of Justice and closure for survivors. We want perpetrators of these crimes to be investigated and prosecuted."

The Epstein Files Transparency Act was signed into law by President Donald Trump in November 2025, paving the way for the eventual release of more than 3 million files.

Massie delivered the one-minute-long speech in the House as he launched a new effort to force a vote on a second Epstein Files Transparency Act, which would give “state [attorneys-general] access to Epstein files required to prosecute perpetrators under state law, and makes it easier for survivors to sue to get their files."

Apart from the former royal, 66, the list of accused Epstein associates included Jes Staley, Leon Black, Les Wexner, David Copperfield, Lapo Elkann, Tom Pritzker, Glenn Dubin, Frédéric Fekkai, Eduardo Teodorani, Jean-Luc Brunel, Daniel Siad, Ramsey Elkholy and Lesley Groff.

"We want perpetrators of these crimes to be investigated and prosecuted," Massie continued as he revealed the 14 names, adding, "And Prince Andrew, who committed s-- crimes in the U.S."

Because he made the claims on the House floor, Massie is protected by the Speech or Debate Clause of the U.S. Constitution, which generally protects members of Congress from potential defamation lawsuits.

Though Andrew has never officially been charged with a crime in the United States, he was accused in U.S. court of sexually abusing Virginia Giuffre when she was 17.

Giuffre, who died by suicide in 2025, filed a civil lawsuit against Andrew in 2021, alleging that he sexually abused her in 2002 and 2002, including encounters in New York, at Epstein's Manhattan townhouse and in London.

The former duke denied the allegations, and the case was settled for an undisclosed sum of money without an admission of liability in February 2022.

Giuffre's family "commended" Massie's recent speech on the House floor in a statement with The Times.

"Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor should be investigated for his sexual crimes committed on US soil, not only against our sister Virginia Roberts Giuffre, but also against others of whom we are aware," her brothers, Sky Roberts and Daniel Wilson, and her sisters-in-law Amanda and Lanette told the outlet. "Many of the crimes committed by Jeffrey Epstein and his collaborators remain in the three million-plus documents that are being illegally held by the DoJ, in spite of the passage of the Epstein Files Transparency Act into law. It is time for them to be made public."
