Gene Simmons is kissing another one of his jaw-dropping homes goodbye.
The KISS frontman listed his Las Vegas mansion for $14.95 million. The estate resides in the famed Ascaya community, just south of the Las Vegas strip.
"This home offers so much, from its incredible sweeping valley views and its contemporary modern architecture to its dedication to privacy and exclusivity," broker Evangelina Duke-Petroni of The Ivan Sher Group reportedly said of the 11,000-square-foot mansion.
The Sin City listing marks the third home the 72-year-old has put on the market within the past year. Simmons previously sold his Hollywood Hills home in February for $2 million, per PEOPLE, and his Beverly Hills mansion seven months later for $16 million.
The rocker was offloading his properties in California due to the sunny state's taxes, he told Architectural Digest. "I am moving our family to a state that is much more welcoming. Washington state. Where there is no income tax, no local and state taxes. Federal taxes are enough," Simmons declared.
