George Clooney Renting The Most Expensive Home On The Gold Coast While Filming 'Ticket To Paradise' In Australia: Report

George and Amal Clooney will be living in luxury while he films in Australia.

According to News AU, the 60-year-old has reportedly nabbed what is believed to be the most expensive home on the Gold Coast ahead of his arrival in Australia later this month. The pair will reportedly stay in a $50 million rental mansion in Tallebudgera Valley.

The 49-hectare Bellagio La Villa reportedly boasts 10 bedrooms and ensuites, a heated indoor swimming pool, two horse stables, a car park, a cinema and a separate caretaker's cottage.

Billionaire Riyu Li is said to have listed the property in January after plans to turn it into a resort were declined. He reportedly bought the home in 2014 for $7.2 million and spent millions renovating it.

The actor is slated to film Ticket to Paradise in Australia with Julia Roberts. The pair will play a divorced couple traveling to Bali to stop their daughter, who will be played by Kaitlyn Dever, from getting married. However, the two-month shoot will remain in Australia with the Palm Bay Resort on Long Island reportedly being used for the scenes set in Bali.

According to The Sydney Morning Herald, Clooney, Amal and their twins, Ella and Alexander, will arrive in Australia later this month. The family is also said to be hoping to bring their pets along with them, including their cocker spaniel Louie and their basset hound Millie. The Gravity star will reportedly quarantine in a hotel for two weeks before filming begins in November.

Roberts is believed to arrive in Australia around the same time as the Ocean's Eleven star.

The flick will be directed by Ol Parker and produced by Tim Bevan and Eric Fellner of Working Title Film.
