Some of Hollywood's biggest stars came together at Elle's Women in Hollywood Celebration to honor the industry's most distinguished leading women.
The event's stunning guests strutted down the red carpet at the Dolby Family Terrace at the new Academy Museum in Los Angeles on Tuesday, October 19.
Notable names inlcuding Angelina Jolie, Halle Berry, Jennifer Hudson and more were honored at the 2021 celebration after the event was cancelled due to COVID-19 last year.
Jolie, 46, along with her Eternals costars Salma Hayek, Gemma Chan, Lauren Ridloff and director Chloé Zhao were unable to attend the event on Tuesday night due to a possible COVID-19 exposure.
Elle editor-in-chief Nina Garcia made the announcement at the event, letting the guests know the cast of the upcoming Marvel film were “just exposed, so to keep everyone safe those superheroes are now in isolation. Sorry, but that is the new reality.”
Jolie's speech was given on her behalf by Eva Longoria, while Demi Moore accepted Hayek's honor. Chan, 38, was able to deliver her own speech virtually.
