Halle Berry and Van Hunt made a rare appearance together at the 2022 Critics Choice Awards over the weekend.
The 55-year-old actress demanded attention while hitting the red carpet in Los Angeles, Calif., on Sunday, March 13, with her hunky singer-songwriter boyfriend by her side.
Berry — who made her directorial debut in the Netflix film Bruised — accepted the SeeHer Award at the show on Sunday night while delivering a heartfelt speech about the importance of female storytelling. (Her inspirational words seemed to captivate the audience, as she brought fellow attendee Lady Gaga to tears with her speech.)
In the photos from Sunday's event, Berry and her handsome beau were dressed to the nines in matching black and white ensembles. The Moonfall star was clad in a white corset paired with a black velvet suit while Hunt, 51, rocked a white tux with a black dress shirt, pants and matching black shoes.

The couple first made their relationship Instagram official back in September 2020 when Berry posed in a Van Hunt t-shirt for a candid shot captioned, "now ya know... ♥️🦶🏽," on her 'gram.
She has since opened up about the pair's love story, confirming to Extra in October 2021 that she and Hunt are "madly in love."

"Sometimes you have to wait for things in life," she explained at the time. "I waited patiently — well, maybe not patiently, but I waited."
Prior to her romance with the musician, Berry was formerly married to baseball star David Justice and singer Eric Benét before welcoming her daughter Nahla, 13, with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry in 2008. She went on to marry for a third time to actor Olivier Martinez, with whom she welcomed son Maceo, 8, before divorcing in 2016.

Now, Berry believes "I've found my person," with Hunt, who she claimed has been very supportive throughout her recent directorial work.
"I have this new amazing love in my life," she gushed in the February/March 2022 cover story for AARP The Magazine. "Because of COVID we spend four months talking on the phone. We were forced to let only our brains connect and discover if we had a connection before our bodies decided to get involved. I'd never done it this way. I fell in love with his mind, his conversation."
