Brian Hickerson could have more to say about Hayden Panettiere's death as the investigation into the actress' final hours continues.
A source said that Hickerson's angry about accusations against him and could eventually decide to publicly defend himself.
Brian Hickerson Could Speak Out
A source claimed Brian Hickerson is angry over the accusations surrounding him.
Hickerson, 37, has remained largely out of the public conversation surrounding Panettiere's death, aside from a statement issued through his attorney.
However, a source told In Touch he does not intend to stay quiet forever.
"At some point, it seems inevitable that he'll have his say," the source shared. "He's known to be very angered by the accusations that are being leveled against him... and there's now a growing worry that he's ready to take the gloves off and come out swinging to defend his name."
The source added, "His back's up against the wall right now. He swears there are two sides to this story and if he's legally allowed to speak up and defend his honor then he'll do so without hesitation."
Brian Hickerson's Attorney Previously Responded
Brian Hickerson previously made a statement about Hayden Panettiere's death through his lawyer.
On August 20, Hickerson addressed Panettiere's death through his lawyer, Sloan Ellis.
"Hayden's death remains under investigation and it is important to allow that investigation to proceed," Ellis said. "As has been publicly reported, police confirmed there were no signs of foul play. Out of respect for Hayden's loved one and the ongoing investigation, there will be no further comment at this time."

Brian Hickerson Has Not Been Named a Suspect
Brian Hickerson has not been named a suspect or person of interest in Hayden Panettiere's death.
Hickerson and his brother, Zach Hickerson, were present when Panettiere, 36, was found in "cardiac arrest" on Sunday, August 16, in Greenville, S.C.
The late actress died from a suspected "overdose."
Hayden's cause of death has not been released, however, Naracan was found at the scene.
Neither brother has been named a suspect or person of interest in Hayden's death investigation.
The Greenville Coroner's report also revealed that there were no signs of "foul play," indicating that the actress' death was likely an accident.
What Happened at the Apartment?
Brian Hickerson reportedly didn't show any emotions until after Hayden Panettiere was pronounced dead.
Heavily redacted records reviewed by NBC showed that Zach was "very emotional" as medical personnel attempted to revive Hayden.

Police said he also directed them to a "bag of medication" that the actress had reportedly been taking before the incident.
The officers were also wearing body cameras, but the footage has not been released to the public.
