Supermodel Helena Christensen and The Walking Dead actor Norman Reedus’ son Mingus appeared in court on Tuesday, November 33.
In photos obtained by Daily Mail, the 22-year-old was snapped heading into a Manhattan court accompanied by his lawyer Isabelle Kirshner. The model donned a brown suit with his blonde hair sweeping the sides of his face.
Mingus faces a charge of misdemeanor assault for allegedly punching a woman in the face in New York City. He reportedly attacked the woman after an argument at the iconic San Gennaro festival in September. The alleged victim was rushed to a nearby hospital for facial injuries shortly after.
Following his court appearance, the famous spawn was ushered out a back door and refused to comment on his charges. He is scheduled to appear next in court on January 5.
Following the ordeal, Mingus told the Daily News that the 24-year-old woman and a group of friends attacked him at the festival.

He explained the woman appeared to be drunk, and after she and her friends went after him, he "threw his arm out" to protect himself, accidentally striking the woman. "It was instinct," he said. "I was reacting to them swarming me and was afraid for the safety of my group."
"We didn't think anything of it, but these five girls followed us for two blocks, throwing food at us and yelling. We told them to leave us alone, but they kept following, threatening to hurt my girlfriend and her friend," Mingus continued. "It was very apparent that these girls were under the influence and looking for a fight."
When Mingus and his group arrived at a nearby corner, he alleged the girls "swarmed" him, with "one pulling my hair from the back, another throwing water in my face." He insisted he only put his arm out to protect himself, noting that police then quickly got involved. There, he said authorities noticed one of the girls was hurt and "refused to listen to the context."
Neither Christensen or Reedus — who dated from 1998 to 2003 — appear to have publicly commented on their son's alleged crime.
