'Here Comes Honey Boo Boo' Alum Pumpkin Is Pregnant With Twins: Report
Pumpkin is pregnant!
The Here Comes Honey Boo Boo personality — real name Lauryn Efird, 22 — is reportedly expecting fraternal twins in just a few months!
According to sources per TMZ, the reality star — who already shares Ella Grace, 4, and Bentley Jameson, 8 months, with hubby Joshua Efird, 25 — is around 6 months pregnant and is expecting one boy and one girl in mid June of this year.
This comes as the happy couple prepare to celebrate their fourth anniversary this April. They tied the knot in 2018 — when Pumpkin was only 18-years-old and Josh was 21-years-old — which was documented on the spin-off series Mama June: From Not to Hot.

The proud parents are definitely going to have their hands full once the new babies arrive. Bentley was born last July, and will celebrate his first birthday when the twins are only a few weeks old.
The reality tv alum took to social media to share the story of his birth and an adorable snapshot of the wide-eyed newborn shortly after he was born.
"After being admitted into the hospital last night at 2-3 centimeters with heavy contractions our baby boy has finally made his debut 💙🥺," Pumpkin wrote on her Instagram on Wednesday, July 21. "Everyone meet Bentley Jameson Efird weighing 7 pounds 10 ounces."
As OK! previously reported, Pumpkin's little sister Alana Thompson, 16 — previously known by the nickname "Honey Boo Boo" which she has since admitted she no longer likes — raised eyebrows when she debuted her much-older boyfriend on social media last September.
"They've been together almost a year, and they talked a little bit before that," Mama June Shannon explained of the unexpected relationship between the young reality star and 20-year-old Dralin Carswell. "But um, I mean, he is respectful. He treats her good. He kind of helps out, you know, with the family whenever needed to be. I don't have a problem with him."
