The Aussie actress, who lives with her real estate executive husband, Andrew Joblon, and their kids, James, 23 months, and Elle, 5 months, purchased the newly built 4,200-square-foot pad in 2017. Looking to put down roots in L.A., Holt enlisted a realtor to help her find a suitable setup.
The four-bed, five-and-a-half-bath residence features honey-toned floors, elements like wood, brass and iron, and plenty of floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the rooms with natural light. As for where the family is headed? Look toward the Sunshine State: In 2019, Holt and Joblon, who've long maintained a property there, paid $3.1 million for a vacant waterfront lot in Miami Beach, presumably to build the home of their dreams.
In 2018 the couple got married in their backyard and held their reception on the first floor.

"I like the conversation it creates," the Originals alum said of the circular seating area, noting that people "gravitate to it more than to the couch."
They toured about 25 properties before arriving at this gem, located on a desirable street in the Beverly Grove neighborhood. "We had such a visceral reaction when we saw this house," the blonde beauty, 32, recalled. "Some modern homes feel like overdesigned concrete boxes — like museums — but this one was warm and cozy. A real home."
Holt and her hubby brought in designer Suzy Kloner to work her magic on the space, outfitting it with calming neutrals and giving it a coastal vibe.
Dining Space With Outdoor Kitchen
Dinner alfresco? The dining nook opens up onto the terrace, which has an outdoor kitchen and plenty of additional seating.
Holt counts the skull painting in the living room as one of her favorites. The piece is by Joe Termini, whom she calls "a dear friend and an amazing artist."
Plants and funky touches like palm-print wallpaper in the powder room liven up the space.
"This room is my sanctuary," Holt gushed of the master suite, which boasts a hand-painted wall covering. "It's the best backdrop for the furniture."
Wardrobe envy! Holt snapped a selfie in the bedroom-size walk-in closet just before her daughter arrived.
The chic master bathroom has a spacious shower, stand-alone tub and access to a secluded courtyard.
