It looks like Meghan Trainor treated herself this holiday season! The 27-year-old singer, who's expecting her first child with husband Daryl Sabara next month, paid $6.6 million — with the help of realtor Santiago Arana from The Agency — for this stylish setup in the celeb-packed neighborhood of Encino, Calif.
She purchased the 1.1-acre estate — which is a far cry from her current modern farmhouse residence — from rapper TMG Fresh, who put plenty of custom, colorful touches on the 9,936-square-foot pad during his two-year stay.

Tucked behind 10-foot gates and massive hedges, the six-bedroom, eight-bathroom mansion is surrounded by terraced gardens and accessed via a motorcourt. A stone staircase leads to the main entrance, where guests walk into a grand foyer.
On the first floor, you'll find the dining and family rooms, which open up to a gourmet kitchen, as well as a chic black-and-white office and the formal living room, which currently functions as the game room.
Outside, there's a plunge pool with a waterslide, a full-size basketball court and a detached guest cottage, which houses a mirror-walled gym, recording studio and bar, so Meghan doesn't have to worry about rowdy guests waking up her little one.

The main suite includes a spa-style bathroom complete with a sauna, two closets, a private sitting room and a covered balcony overlooking the yard.
