Jen Affleck is looking forward to people watching her on The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives: Orange County when it comes out on Hulu.

"Honestly, I think the thing that I’m most excited about is people seeing what I think is the most authentic version of myself. I feel like people have seen different versions in the past couple of years, and it’s because a lot of it has been me being young and there being a bit of a maturity difference. Also, there’s just so much I’ve been navigating, whether it be my relationship or faith crisis or friendship," the reality starlet, 27, exclusively tells OK! while promoting her Quest Nutrition partnership.

"I feel like I’m finally at the pivoting moment of where I’m figuring out who Jen is and what Jen wants — and that’s what you’ll see on the new show — is Jen has finally figured out who she is," she continues.

The mom-of-three, who is pregnant with baby No. 4, gave it her all when filming this time around.

"And there’s a lot of vulnerability and a lot of pain that has come with that, but I think I showed up. I went into every day filming and just saying, 'This is me. This is me,'" the Dancing With the Stars alum, who is married to Zac Affleck, says. "I think it’ll give people who’ve watched me over the years a lot more understanding and perspective on my story and why things have unfolded the way that it has."

The past few years have been a "ride" for Jen, who has been open and honest about her challenging postpartum and prenatal depression journey.

"Let’s just say moving to California has been one of the hardest things, but best things, for me. And I feel like through moving here, I’ve been able to find a community and so much support as I navigate a lot of things that I’ve navigated in the past couple months, such as prenatal depression, and it’s important to have that. I feel like that’s been the best thing. Obviously, it’s hard trying to juggle both shows and flying back and forth, but definitely doing the best that I can right now," she shares.

Despite the ups and downs, Jen is happy for people to see her life unfold on the small screen.

"It’s still super scary. I think every single day I’m still like — it’s scary to share your life. It’s scary to be open. It’s scary to show all the things about yourself, you know, your great qualities and also your bad qualities that you need to work on, your flaws. I think it’s been the best thing for me in my life because it’s been a mirror, and I think it’s important to have those moments in life where you’re like, 'Wait, there are things that need to be fixed or things that need to shift.' And so, even though it’s super scary, I think it’s been a win," she states, adding that when someone stops her to share their own story, she feels good.

"I’ve had moms in public come up to me just crying, just telling me, like, 'Wow, thank you for making me feel so seen. I can’t tell you how much it means to me.' I’m like, 'Okay, it’s worth it,'" she notes.

For now, Jen is taking it one step at a time before she welcomes her little one to the family.

"It has been a lot. I mean, even just me having this cold right now just shows you that, like, my body is, like, needing rest. My body’s constantly telling me, 'You need to rest. You need to sleep and take care of yourself.' And it’s just so hard when, you know, you’re running around with three kiddos, and you’re working, you’re filming two shows. There’s just a lot happening. But at the same time, I feel like I try not to let the stress and everything get to me, and I try to focus on the gratitude aspect of things. I’m really trying to just be grateful because I have so many opportunities right now, even though what I’m juggling is so hard, but there is just so much to be grateful for," she says.

"Something you need to know about me is although I’ve always had dreams and goals and aspirations, my biggest dream has always been to be a mom. Being a mother is the greatest gift. It’s the best thing to ever happen to me, and it’s hard, but also the best things in life are also the hardest things to navigate. Anytime it gets hard, I’m like, 'No, this is what I’ve always dreamt of. I love my kids.' They are the best part of my day, so I’m very, very excited to meet this next baby that I’m carrying," she continues.

In the meantime, Jen has been able to enjoy her pregnancy with some of Quest Nutrition's products, Quest Dill Pickle Chips and Stacks Bars, which is why the partnership was a no-brainer.

"It’s honestly been the best partnership just because I’ve loved Quest my whole life. I want to say it was the first protein bar I was even introduced to. Right now, Quest has been saving my life because my life is nonstop. I’m pregnant. I have three kiddos that are now just starting school. I just moved. I’m constantly doing meetings and interviews. I’m on the go. So, Quest snacks have been the best. The protein snack bars, as well as the protein chips, have just been a game changer for me," she says.

She adds, "It’s so funny because I feel like I’ve had my go-to, but it’s switched recently, especially because I’m pregnant, and when you’re pregnant, you just have different cravings. One of the cravings that I’ve had this pregnancy has been anything pickle-flavored, which is so funny because I’m not even really a huge pickle fan, but the Quest Protein Chips and Quest Dill Pickle Chips have been the best. It’s so funny because I wasn’t expecting to like it, but I’m actually obsessed. I even had friends and family try it, and they’re like, 'Wait, these are actually the best. I need to order this now.'"
