Jennifer Garner stopped by her new L.A. home to check up on the renovation process.
The Alias actress — who appeared to get a break from mom duty — was photographed on Thursday, October 28, during a solo trip to her new Brentwood home that has been under construction for a while now.
The 49-year-old purchased the property in 2019, shelling out nearly $7.9 million, according to The New York Post.
The purchased home, which was once a 3,245-square-foot four-bedroom, three-bath was originally built in 1930. However, the Love Simon actress decided to tear it down and start from scratch.
Her new home is nearby the Pacific Palisades mansion where she and her kiddos have been shacking up in the meantime.
Garner and her ex-husband Ben Affleck previously lived in a 16,000-square-foot mansion with their three children: Violet, 15, Seraphina,12 and Samuel, 9.
The former pair, who finalized the end of their 10-year marriage back in 2018, sold their former home for $32 million, which was bought by Maroon 5 lead singer Adam Levine and his wie Behati Prinsloo.
In 2018, Affleck purchased his own new pad in Pacific Palisades for just under $20 million, just before his divorce from Garner was made official.
Since then, Affleck has been seen house hunting with his on-again flame Jennifer Lopez, after the pair started things up again earlier this year.
However, a source told TMZ in July that the Gone Girl actor was "just accompanying J Lo on her own hunt for a mega-mansion" in Los Angeles, since the pair "aren't ready to shack up together."

The 13 Going on 30 star kept her attire comfortable while rocking activewear for the outing.
The activist mama was wearing a black t-shirt, navy leggings and maroon leg warmers.
Making big plans! Garner appeared to be chatting with someone outside of the property, perhaps discussing construction details.
The house looks like it still needs a lot more work, although the door and stone-covered front of the house are already coming together.
The Peppermint actress walked through dirt and saw dust to get back to her car after the visit.
