Jennifer Garner is on mommy duty!
The mother-of-three was spotted hanging with her youngest child, son Samuel, in Los Angeles, Calif., on Tuesday, September 21.
The 49-year-old actress went super casual for the day, wearing a tan-colored dress with sneaks, as the 9-year-old — whom she shares with ex-hubby Ben Affleck — appeared to be coming home from school with a lunchbox and backpack slung over his shoulder. (She also shares daughters Violet and Seraphina with the Argo director.)
Garner’s hang with her son came on the same day her ex, Scott Foley, dished about their relationship. The former flames tied the knot in 2000 and called it quits three years later. Their divorce was finalized in 2004.
Foley stopped by Radio Andy on SiriusXM Tuesday, September 21, where he spilled the tea on his past as a heartthrob and “short-lived marriage” to Garner.
“We're speaking about this with my current wife [Marika Domińczyk] behind me, and she's laughing,” the 49-year-old actor spilled to host Andy Cohen. "She's really enjoying the squirming that I'm doing here."
“[Garner and I] were together for a total of about five years,” he said. “I say that, I downplay that, because my wife's right behind me... I think we were married for three.”
The Scandal alum continued: “This is dangerous, dangerous territory, my friend,” he added with a laugh. “This is where Andy Cohen wants to be!”
Asked whether he would avoid his ex-wife if they were to bump into each other, the Felicity star replied, “No, you have to say hello. You're very civil.”
“I mean, we do not keep in contact because she has her own family. I have mine. It wouldn't be something that we would search out,” he spilled. “But I've seen her a few times, especially when we were living in L.A. and Marika has been with me. And, you know, everybody says 'hi' and you're cordial and you move on. That's life, right?”
