Jennifer Garner has found the key to life — and is now offering it up to her fans.

The mother-of-three shared powerful words to live by with her 12.1 million Instagram followers on Sunday, March 6, alongside black-and-white photos of herself dancing on the beach.

"Something I tell myself: Take it easy. Every day is an opportunity to reevaluate and shift habits, to connect, to mend, to look for flow. It'll be ok," she promised with a red heart emoji.

The 13 Going on 30 star's fans took to the comment section to gush over her inspiring message, with one writing: "You're such a beautiful energy and soul you always bring me joy. Thank you."

"I just think you are really an amazing human being. I really really do," another social media user wrote, as a third added: "What a beautiful sentiment."

Despite being an A-list celeb whose life has been thrusted into the public eye, Garner has managed to find peace with it all while keeping a low-profile when it comes to her private relationships.

As opposed to her ex-husband, Ben Affleck — who previously found himself in hot water when he publicly declared while appearing on SiriusXM's The Howard Stern Show in December that he felt "trapped" in his marriage and would "probably still be drinking" if they didn’t end their union in 2018 — Garner has kept her side of things private.

And while Garner — who shares kids Violet, 16, Seraphina, 13 and Samuel, 9, with the Argo actor — has also tried to keep her on-again, off-again romance with boyfriend John Miller under wraps, an OK! insider spilled the two are head-over-heels for each other.

The actress feels that she has found "the man of her dreams" in the CEO of CaliBurger, claimed a source, who added: "Jen and John aren’t flashy about their romance, but they are madly in love."

“As far as Jen is concerned, John is Mr. Wonderful,” the insider concluded of the couple, who called things off in 2020 before the COVID-19 lockdown began and reunited the following year. "It’s obvious they both feel they’ve hit the jackpot."

Garner and Miller were most recently spotted earlier this month at New York's JFK airport, marking one of the few times they have been seen out-and-about together.

The couple sparked engagement rumors late last year when Garner flaunted what appeared to be a diamond ring on that finger via an Instagram Live. Despite speculation mounting of the duo taking things to the next level, they have yet to confirm the news.

Meanwhile, Garner isn't the only one who may be walking down the aisle again sometime soon, as Affleck and girlfriend Jennifer Lopez have also sparked engagement rumors in recent months, with insiders insisting a proposal is "imminent."

The rekindled flames — who broke off their first engagement in 2004 — gave their relationship another go in April 2021 and have been hot and heavy ever since. Unlike Garner, Lopez loves "public displays of romance," as she recently admitted last month on Heart FM." I have no problem with PDA, like people say, I actually, I’m all about it!"

But when it comes to an engagement, Lopez revealed she would rather it just be between her and her partner, as a proposal is "a more intimate thing between two people."
