Jennifer Lopez wants to be her best self in 2022!
The J.Lo Beauty founder took to Instagram on Monday, January 10, to share her goals with her fans for the new year.
In the Instagram video, the brunette beauty donned a gray crop top and black leggings while holding a customized bedazzled BodyArmor Lyte cup with her name on it. "Hey guys, how you feeling?" she began the clip.
Lopez told her fans it was raining while she was filming and explained the weather put her in a "pensive" mood. "I was just thinking before I head to work out, what my intentions are for this year," she said.
The "Jenny From The Block" songstress noted she was thinking about being, "mindful of what I want my life to be, and knowing that my thoughts create my life and keeping those really positive so I can grow and be my best this year."
Lopez confessed she wanted to be better mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally in 2022. She added that she wanted to be the best "mother I can be, the best partner I can be, the best friend I can be, the best daughter, sister, boss, person that I can be."
Lopez already has a lot to look forward to this year, with her latest film, Marry Me, slated for release next month — not to mention her steamy romance with Ben Affleck that just keeps heating up.
Last year, Lopez rekindled her relationship with the actor following her split from Alex Rodriguez. An OK! insider previously spilled that Bennifer 2.0 is, "still at the stage where they can hardly keep their hands off each other, but it’s not just chemistry."
The source revealed the lovebirds schedule in time to talk about their feelings with one another to keep their relationship strong. And when the A-list couple's hectic work schedules keep them apart, the source claimed the Gone Girl star finds times to FaceTime Lopez every night before he goes to bed.
"Their friends think it’s all a bit over the top, but Ben and Jen are so grateful to be getting this second chance. They’re not taking anything for granted!" the insider explained.
