Joseph Duggar Has 'No Idea' About The Evidence Against Him
Joseph Duggar was arrested on charges of child molestation on March 18.
Duggar was arrested in Arkansas on March 18 after being accused of sexually abusing a 9-year-old girl while on a 2020 beach vacation in Florida.
After being extradited to Florida, he was released from custody on March 31 following a "no guilty plea."
The disgraced reality TV star has "no idea" what evidence Florida prosecutors have against him, and his legal team will not know until they file formal charges, according to the outlet.

Joseph and His Wife Kendra Were Arrested in Separate Case
Kendra Duggar and Joseph Duggar tied the knot in 2017.
In a separate case, Joseph and his wife, Kendra Duggar, were charged with four counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a minor and four counts of second-degree false imprisonment.
While Joseph remained behind bars, the mother-of-four, 27, was arrested and released on March 20.
Reports indicate that Joseph's charges in the Florida child molestation case are unrelated to the allegations he and his wife face in Arkansas.

Kendra Duggar was arrested on child endangerment charges on March 20.
The couple's Tontitown, Ark., home was searched on March 19, one day after Joseph was arrested for crimes that allegedly took place in Florida.
"After his charge, they automatically do a home study if minors live there," insiders told a news outlet on March 21. "Apparently, they had two rooms where the lock of the doorknob was on the outside instead of inside. They arrested her and took her kids for that, saying it’s evidence that she wrongly detains her kids."
Joseph and Kendra, who tied the knot in 2017, are scheduled to appear in an Arkansas court on April 29.
