Julianne Hough is officially a divorcee.
After calling it quits on their marriage in 2020, the Footloose actress, 33, and her former spouse, Brooks Laich, 38, have now finalized their divorce.
According to a new report from People, Hough filed a declaration for uncontested dissolution on Tuesday, February 22, meaning that the exes are in agreement on all terms of their divorce.
"The parties have entered into a written agreement regarding their property and their marriage or domestic partnerships rights, including support, the original of which is being or has been submitted to the court," the filing stated.
The former Dancing with the Stars pro also waived her right to spousal support from Laich, according to the outlet.
Following the news, Hough took to Instagram to spread a positive message to her followers, telling them to "Have a beautiful day."
"Celebrate the raw messy real moments and sometimes don't worry about capturing it for Instagram," she wrote after discussing the "unnecessary anxiety that social media has dropped on humans" in her lengthy post.
She also shared a series of Instagram stories to show off her stunning new hairstyle amid her post-divorce glow up.
Hough and Laich first tied the knot in 2017 before announcing their separation nearly three years later. At the time, they issued a joint statement, writing: "We have lovingly and carefully taken the time we have needed to arrive at our decision to separate."

"We share an abundance of love and respect for one another and will continue to lead with our hearts from that place. We kindly request your compassion and respect our privacy moving forward."
Following the split, the Safe Haven actress was able to rebound quickly, as she has already heated up a new romance with model Charlie Wilson — who she was seen kissing back in November 2021.
As OK! reported, an insider previously dished that the new flames are "already pretty serious," and "Julianne's telling friends that she feels like she's finally found her soulmate."
"They met through a spiritual group," the source continued at the time. "Julianne was eager to connect with someone on a deeper level, and she was thrilled to find out Charlie's into energy healing too. Like her, he's a little bit of a hippie and geared toward finding a calm, positive approach to life."
