Kanye West Takes 'Accountability' For Social Media Tirade, Admits Posting Screenshots Was 'Jarring And Came Off As Harassing' Kim Kardashian
Kanye West may be turning over a new leaf.
The rapper, who legally changed his name to Ye, has lashed out at Kim Kardashian and her new beau, Pete Davidson, several times on social media as of late. As reported by OK!, he shared screenshots of what appeared to be a message from the comedian saying he would like to meet his children but has no intention of interfering with his relationship with them. The "Donda" singer maintained Davidson would never meet his kids, North, 8, Saint, 5, Chicago, 3, and Psalm, 2.
In another post, he declared "Kimye forever." Ye also leaked messages that appeared to be between him and his estranged wife. In the messages, the reality star warned he was creating a "dangerous and scary environment and someone will hurt Pete."
The 44-year-old has since removed all of the social media posts in question and instead shared a photo to Instagram of himself on stage looking at the audience on Tuesday, February 15.
"I’ve learned that using all caps makes people feel like I’m screaming at them," he began, referring to his several past captions. "I’m working on my communication."
He said he could benefit from having a team of creative professionals, organizers, mobilizers and community leaders around him. The artist thanked people for supporting him.

"I know sharing screen shots was jarring and came off as harassing Kim," he admitted. "I take accountability. I’m still learning in real time. I don’t have all the answers. To be good leader is to be a good listener."
Kardashian does not appear to have publicly responded to Ye's change of heart.
The SKIMS founder filed for divorce from the "All Of The Lights" hitmaker in February 2021. Then in December, she filed to be declared legally single and to have her maiden name restored.
As reported by OK!, an insider revealed Kardashian is doing her best to ignore the drama and Ye's pleas for reconciliation. "Kim is hopeful Kanye will be able to move on in the future and accept they aren't getting back together," the source spilled.
As for Davidson — who has been linked to the KUWTK alum ever since her Saturday Night Live hosting stint in October 2021 — he doesn't want to come between the former flames, but he has "sympathy" for what Ye is going through.
