You don't have to be in L.A. to live next door to a Hollywood power couple.
Katherine Heigl's momager, Nancy, just listed her sprawling 15-acre Utah spread for a hair under $4 million — and the neighbors are none other than the Grey's Anatomy alum, 42, and her husband, singer Josh Kelley, 41.
While the stars have their own estate nearby, they decided to scoop up their three kids — Naleigh, 12, Adalaide, 8, and Joshua, 4 — and ride out the beginning of lockdown at grandma's house.
The four-bed, four-and-a-half-bath residence, which clocks in at 5,267 square feet, boasts high ceilings, stone fireplaces and sweeping views of the surrounding mountains.
"Utah is spectacularly beautiful," Heigl said of her adopted home state. "The people are wonderful, it's an easy commute from L.A. — and there's no traffic!"
