Keke Palmer Hints She Might Be Single Again After Rumored Darius Jackson Split

Did Keke Palmer just confirm she's a single lady?

The Akeelah and the Bee actress, 28, took to her Instagram stories on Tuesday, April 12, to seemingly confirm her relationship status as rumors have run rampant that she and her beau Darius Jackson called it quits.

Palmer — who has reportedly been with her podcaster love since August of 2021— shared a headline about The Nanny star Fran Drescher which read: " I'm in a relationship with myself, and it's going quite well."

In another cryptic quote posted to her stories, the "Keep It Movin" vocalist shared: "Life hit different when you stop trying to prove you didn't say that, you didn't do that, you not like that,....you can't fix every lie and every rumor, neither can you defend yourself every time something is said about you..just be great."

As OK! previously reported, all signs are pointing to a split for the duo, who recently unfollowed each other on social media, as Jackson recently shared a message about "mistakes" and "growth."

"Things that can coexist," the story shared with his 64.2 thousand followers began, as the message listed pairs like, "growth and mistakes", "anxiety and confidence", "accountability and self-forgiveness" and "learning and unlearning".

Palmer and Jackson have yet to address the alleged breakup, but don't expect a statement anytime soon as the two had mainly kept their romance out of the public eye.

However, the former morning talk show host and her man were known to make quirky and cute videos together on TikTok much to the delight of her 6.3 million followers.

On Valentine's Day, Palmer dedicated a sweet (since deleted) post about love for Jackson writing: "Valentine's Day should look different for everyone. It's an expression of love and we all have our own perspective of what that is. I know romance novels and social media can often have you wrapped up in what it 'should' look like. But as we get older I think we all realize it's more about what it feels like than what it looks like."
