On Thursday, April 8, the talk show host, 39, took to Instagram to show off her chic sparkling aqua mini dress she rocked to film a new episode of her and Snoop Dog's new singing competition American Song Contest.

The "Since U Been Gone" vocalist got a ton of love from her 5.8 million adoring followers with one user writing, "I love this look on you soooo much!!! 😍😍🔥," while another added, "Oh that's a cute outfit🔥🔥🔥."
Clarkson's chic look comes as she has been using her time off from The Kelly Clarkson Show to revamp the beloved program as she prepares to take over the 3 p.m. EST time slot from outgoing daytime star Ellen DeGeneres.

“She will be taking a few weeks off to take the kids on vacation, but will be focused on a complete overhaul of her show as she takes over for Ellen,” a source dished about the American Idol alum's revisioning of her NBC hit which will be returning later in the spring.
As the format stands currently, the music superstar welcomes fellow celebs to chat while playing games with her audience and belting out today's biggest hits.

The chat show, which premiered in 2019, has been a runaway success for Clarkson, with the program going on to receive a Daytime Emmy Award and getting renewed through 2023.
As OK! previously reported, the mogul recently finalized her divorce from ex-husband Brandon Blackstock — with whom she shares daughter River Rose, 7, and son Remington Alexander, 5 — after the singer officially filed in June of 2020.
According to their agreement, Clarkson agreed to hand over a massive one-time payment of just over $1.3 million to the father of her children. Apart from paying a monthly child support payment of $45,601 to Blackstock, Clarkson will also pay her ex $115,000 in spousal support per month until January 31, 2024.
