Khloé Kardashian has her family by her side.
As previously reported by OK!, a woman Tristan Thompson hooked up with back in March allegedly gave birth to his baby boy earlier this month. The athlete's apparent third baby mama, Maralee Nichols, filed a lawsuit in June, demanding child support as well as reimbursement of medical expenses and pregnancy-related costs.
The duo reportedly hooked up during Thompson's 30th birthday celebrations in Texas. And while Thompson's camp insisted they were only intimate once, Nichols' attorney claimed their fling began five months before his birthday. Nevertheless, the former Boston Celtics player insisted on a paternity test, as he's also trying to get the case moved to Texas to potentially limit the amount of child support he would be required to pay.
Thompson and Nichols' intimate night together took place while he was still with Kardashian, who was reportedly left "upset" after learning her baby daddy had been unfaithful to her once again.
(Thompson famously cheated on the reality star days before she gave birth to their three-year-old daughter True. Shortly after, he was caught kissing Kardashian-Jenner family friend Jordyn Woods. While the couple reconciled after a few bumps in the road, more rumors surfaced of his alleged unfaithful ways.)
"[They] have been very supportive to her," an insider told Us Weekly of the Good American cofounder's famous family. "Even though Khloé is hurt, she’s staying strong and trying to move forward."

The reality star and 30-year-old basketball player split up several months ago and have been "coparenting together" since then.
Regardless of what Kardashian's family actually thinks of the situation, the insider noted they're trying to keep the peace for True's sake. The Kardashian-Jenner family is "there for both Khloé and for Tristan," the source said, "They’re both True’s parents and the family is supportive of both."
While Kardashian has not commented directly on the ordeal, the 37-year-old shared a photo of a bouquet of flowers Scott Disick sent her on Sunday, December 5 — two days after Nichols gave birth. "I love you @lethelordbewithyou," she captioned the post. "🤍 Thank you 🙏🏽."
Meanwhile, an insider told E! News that the Revenge Body host is "ignoring the noise" and is "focused on co-parenting."
Thompson also shares his 4-year-old son, Prince, with his ex Jordan Craig.
