Khloé Kardashian is done letting Tristan Thompson's alleged cheating ways ruin her life.
As previously reported by OK!, Thompson and alleged third baby mama Maralee Nichols hooked up in March during his 30th birthday celebrations, while the NBA pro was still with Kardashian. The new mama sued Thompson for child support in June, with him filing his own suit shorty after, requesting that a paternity test be done.
According to leaked court documents obtained by DailyMail, per The Sun, Thompson alleged Nichols has a sexually transmitted disease and had been involved with multiple athletes. "Since opening up our private files to the media, I have been contacted by a source confirming that I should be checked because Petitioner [Maralee] has been diagnosed with herpes," the documents on behalf of the Sacramento Kings player read. "Therefore, it would make sense that Petitioner had to have a designated delivery date."
While news of Nichols, who gave birth to a baby boy on December 3, allegedly carrying Thompson's third child made headlines earlier this month — after Kardashian and her baby daddy called it quits over the summer — the KUWTK alum is said to have been shaken up by her ex's most recent scandal.
"More than anything, Khloé is most disturbed that Tristan says he didn't know the other woman well, but knew her well enough to be with her unprotected," an insider told the outlet of Thompson's recent claims about his alleged baby mama. "As the reality of what happened dawned on her that has shaken her up the most because he potentially could have put her health at risk."
The source noted Thompson and Kardashian are healthy, but "his constant stepping out has made her realize how risky it is to be with him when they reunite."

Though Kardashian has previously taken her former flame back after he stepped out on more than one occasion, the insider reportedly insisted: "There's no turning back. She's been fooled for the last time and won't let anyone put her happiness or health in danger."
And while the Good American cofounder is "angry" over the situation, the mother-of-one is not letting her emotions interfere with co-parenting their daughter, True, added the source, per the outlet. (As OK! reported, Thompson famously hooked up with another woman, just days before Kardashian gave birth.)
Meanwhile, Nichols — who gave her newborn Thompson's last name — has since blasted the former Boston Celtics player's claims, telling E! News she was induced on November 29 because she had a placenta abnormality. "There is no other medical reason why I needed to be induced," she maintained.
She claimed Thompson told her he was single when they began hooking up, reportedly declaring: "I would never have gotten involved with Tristan if I thought he was in a relationship."
Nichols also noted she did "everything possible" to avoid drawing attention to herself during her pregnancy, per the outlet.
"Instead of focusing on any negativity, I am choosing to embrace being a mother and doing the best I can for my son," she reportedly concluded. "I do not want any further media attention, nor do I want a romantic relationship with Tristan. My goal is to raise our son in a safe, healthy, loving and private environment."
