Khloé Kardashian Doesn't Want To 'Jump To Conclusions' After Maralee Nichols Allegedly Gives Birth To Tristan Thompson's Third Child, Source Spills

All eyes have been on Khloé Kardashian after a woman Tristan Thompson allegedly had a fling with gave birth to a baby boy on Friday, December 3.

As previously reported by OK!, the baby's mother, Maralee Nichols, filed a lawsuit against Thompson in June, with her demanding child support, reimbursement of medical expenses and pregnancy-related costs. The duo allegedly hooked up in March while celebrating the NBA player's 30th birthday. Nichols' attorney claimed their fling began five months before his birthday, but Thompson insisted they had only been intimate once.

Kardashian, who shares her 3-year-old daughter True Thompson with the Sacramento Kings player, has not commented directly on the scandal. However, an insider alleged she is determined to get to the truth of the matter.

"Khloé is tired of Tristan getting into situations that embarrass her and the family," an insider told HollywoodLife.

"[Khloé] wants to get to the bottom of it all and wants to give him the benefit of the doubt but here we are with yet another instance where Tristan is in the news for all the wrong reasons," the source reportedly continued. "Khloé doesn’t know if she should be sad, happy, or indifferent right now. She hopes that it all isn’t true, and time will tell. But in the time being, she isn’t going to jump to conclusions until she has all available info."

A second insider told the publication the Good American cofounder is open to speaking with Nichols to figure out what happened. "Khloé wants to speak to Maralee asap and she is planning to reach out to her, but not until Maralee has time to heal from childbirth. She doesn’t want to confront her in any way," the insider claimed.

"Khloé wants to speak to her woman to woman, mother to mother," the source added, as the Revenge Body host "doesn’t know what to believe." (Thompson and Kardashian began dating in 2016, and have been plagued with numerous cheating scandals, one of which involved the Kardashian-Jenner's family friend Jordyn Woods.)

Thompson — who has an on-again, off-again relationship with the reality star — also shares his 4-year-old son, Prince, with his ex Jordan Craig.
