Kim Kardashian Insists Kanye West Is Causing Her 'Emotional Distress' As Rapper Trolls Pete Davidson On Social Media

Kim Kardashian wants her divorce from Kanye West over and done with.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum, 41, filed new court documents to get her marital status terminated sooner rather than later despite West's efforts to delay the process.
In the docs obtained by Radar, the SKIMS founder claimed, "I very much desire to be divorced. I have asked Kanye to keep our divorce private, but he has not done so. Kanye has been putting a lot of misinformation regarding our private family matters and co-parenting on social media which has created emotional distress."
The Donda rapper, 44, has been making headlines in recent weeks for publicly bashing Kardashian and accusing her of keeping him from their four children: North, 8, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4 and Psalm, 2. He has also been taking aim at her new boyfriend, Pete Davidson, who he previously threatened to he "beat" his "a**."
"I believe that the Court terminating our marital status will help Kanye to accept that our marital relationship is over and to move forward on a better path which will assist us in peacefully co-parenting our children," Kardashian's statement continued.
As OK! previously reported, West insisted he has conditions he wants to be in place before anyone is declared legally single and demanded that all of their custody, as well as their property issues be resolved first.
In response, Kardashian outlined the details of her prenuptial agreement with Kanye in the new docs, explaining, "Kanye and I also discussed and agreed that during our marriage that his earnings, compensation and income would remain his separate property and that my earnings, compensation and income would remain my separate property. Our Prenuptial Agreement memorializes this agreement."
"We always filed separate income tax returns. We had separate business managers, separate tax attorneys, and separate estate planning attorneys," she added. "While I wish our marriage would have succeeded, I have come to the realization that there is no way to repair our marriage."

"Kanye does not agree but at least it appears that he has come to the realization that I want to end our marriage, even if he does not. I ask that the Court restore me to the status of a single person so that I can begin the healing process and so that our family can begin the healing process and move forward in this new chapter in our lives," she concluded.
Meanwhile, the Yeezy designer has still been attacking Davidson online, despite previously agreeing to cool the drama and stop "harassing" his ex-wife.
On Thursday, February 24, West shared yet another Instagram post directed at the Saturday Night Live comedian, claiming that he is the reason Davidson deleted his Instagram account.
"Ran Skete off the gram Tell your mother I changed your name for life," he wrote in the caption, alongside photos of reports that Davidson deleted his account after just recently joining the social media platform.
