Despite butting heads on social media, Kim Kardashian trusts her estranged husband, Kanye West, with their children.
As reported by OK!, the rapper, who legally changed his name to Ye, took accountability for lashing out at Kardashian and her new boyfriend, Pete Davidson, online. He admitted sharing screenshots of private conversations with the SKIMS founder "came off as harassing" her. Ye even went so far as to follow the Saturday Night Live star on his new Instagram account. (He previously declared the comedian would never meet his children.)
The artist also recently alleged he was not invited to Chicago's fourth birthday party planned by Kardashian. Nonetheless, he arrived at the bash after getting the address from Travis Scott. However, sources said the plan was always for him to celebrate with his daughter separately. He also claimed he was not allowed into Kardashian's home while the Big Time Adolescence alum was there.
Despite West repeatedly slamming Davidson and pleading for him and the mother of his children to reconcile, Kardashian doesn't have concern when it comes to the "Donda" singer spending time with their children because she knows he "lives for and adores" them, an insider told HollywoodLife. The duo shares children North, 8, Saint, 5, Chicago and Psalm, 2.
"Despite the very public displays of raw emotion that Kanye has been exhibiting, when it comes to their kids, Kim really doesn’t worry at all," the source told the outlet. The 44-year-old "has always been there for the children and she completely trusts him whenever he has them."

According to the source, nannies and security are always nearby when Kardashian or Ye take their children out. Ye recently attended the Super Bowl with North and Saint.
"Kim knows that Kanye gets the fact that they always need to be on guard," the source reportedly continued. "This is not new for him, he knows the agenda so she’s really not worried when it comes to the kids."
The same team of nannies have always accompanied the children regardless of whether they are with their mom or dad, the source revealed. "It is because there is a certain level of attachment that comes with this job," the insider maintained, per the outlet. "The kids like to know that they are with safe adults who they trust. This is important to all of them and to Kim and Kanye."
Both parents have their own personal security teams that do not work together nor interact with the kids, the source added. "Security personnel will arrive at a location before the family arrives to scope it out and get ready for their entrance. Most of the time, no one will even know that they are security," spilled the insider.
