Wanted: Warrant Reportedly Out For Kyle Massey's Arrest After Former Disney Star Misses Court Again
Former That’s So Raven star Kyle Massey, who was accused of sending pornographic content to a 13-year-old girl, reportedly has a warrant out for his arrest after he missed his arraignment on Monday, July 12, in King County Criminal Court in Washington.
As OK! previously reported, the 29-year-old was scheduled to appear on Monday, June 28, in court, but never showed up. His attorney Lee A. Hutton later explained that he was absent because he only found out about his charges from the news.
(The same day of his first court appearance, Massey shared videos via his Instagram Story from a boohooMan x DaBaby event he attended in West Hollywood, Calif.)
According to TMZ, his court appearance was rescheduled to July 12, but Massey was again a no-show, so the judge signed a $100,000 warrant for his arrest.

Hutton also told the outlet that the former child star's legal team has made several phone calls to the King County DA’s office and claimed they haven't responded, adding: “[Massey’s team is] concerned with the misrepresentations made in court. Indeed, we will move forward to defend these allegations but also determine why due process has not been followed."
It was revealed on June 29 that the actor — who played Cory Baxter opposite onscreen sis Raven-Symoné — is facing felony charges for sending sexually explicit photos to a 13-year-old girl between December 2018 and January 2019.
In March 2019, Massey was accused of sending the teenager — whom he met when she was four years old in 2009 — numerous sexually explicit photos and videos. The former Dancing with the Stars contestant allegedly sent the young girl a photo of his erect penis and “a Snapchat image of Massey holding his penis with a corresponding text message that reads ‘LOL/Just me messing with u LOL.’”
The alleged victim sued for at least $1.5 million dollars.
