Larry David Appears Miserable At New York Fashion Week, 'Curb Your Enthusiasm' Star Spotted Plugging His Ears As Models Strutted Down Catwalk
Larry David did not appear to enjoy himself at New York Fashion Week.
The 74-year-old TV star was spotted front row at a fashion show. Everyone around him was oogling at the stunning models strutting down the catwalk at the STAUD show, but David was seen plugging his ears with his head hanging down.
“Larry David should come to fashion week more often I think he’d really enjoy it,” The Cut writer Emilia Petrarca captioned a clip of the entire moment via Instagram on Sunday, September 12.
Her followers quickly praised the iconic actor for his seemingly less than impressed appearance. “Put this in a museum,” one user commented on the video, while another wrote: “So so so so so so good.”
Others flocked to social media to wonder if it was a genuine reaction to the show or if he was filming for an upcoming scene of Curb Your Enthusiasm.
“They’re either filming for curb or it’s exactly what I would expect from Larry David at fashion week. Either way, I’m here for it,” a user tweeted.

“Larry David plugging his ears at fashion week is so incredibly perfect I don’t even know what to do right now,” another gushed over the now viral moment.
The Seinfeld creator was also at the US Open over the weekend where he seemingly had a terrible time as well. In a clip shared by Barstool Sports, the actor was again spotted covering his ears during Emma Raducana’s win.
Fans quickly jumped on the conclusion that he was again filming an episode of the hit HBO series Curb Your Enthusiasm. “Larry David is filming the ‘When did everything get so loud’ episode of Curb. I’m just trying to think how it backfires for him in the end,” a user tweeted on Sunday.
David recently hilariously responded to not making the exclusive guest list to former President Barack Obama’s 60th birthday bash in August.
He told the New York Times he was relieved because he was terrified he was going to be asked to perform during the celebration. “I was pretty glum when I finally called back his assistant. When he told me I was eighty-sixed from the party, I was so relieved, I screamed, ‘Thank you! Thank you!’ He must have thought I was insane” he told the outlet, adding: “Then I hung up the phone, poured myself a drink, and finished my crossword puzzle.”
