Lindsie Chrisley Demands Child Support After Filing For Divorce From Estranged Husband Will Campbell
Lindsie Chrisley is asking for child support amid her recently announced divorce from husband Will Campbell.
In Georgia divorce papers obtained by The Sun, the Chrisley Knows Best star filed for divorce on July 26.
According to the papers, Chrisley, 31, requested a divorce by insisting that the marriage is “irretrievably broken,” and that the exes are “currently separated and are living in a bona fide state of separation.”
The reality star also wrote that the former couple “provided a loving home” for their 7-year-old son Jackson, and were requesting a “shared parenting plan in the best interests of the child.” Chrisley requested permanent and temporary child support.
The podcast host also claimed that both parties have certain property, assets and debts acquired during the marriage, and that she “anticipates a complete settlement addressing all questions of equitable division of the marital property, assets and debts of marriage.”

Chrisley broke the news of the former couple's split on Instagram on Tuesday by posting a sweet photo with Jackson in their new Georgia home.
“While one door closes, another opens,” she wrote alongside the pic.
“It’s with the deepest sadness that, after 9 years of marriage, Will & I have mutually decided to end our marriage. We maintain the greatest respect & love for one another, & we’re so grateful for our time together. We will continue to remain friends and be devoted parents to our son whom we both love very much,” the caption read.
“Personally, I am focusing on the new beginnings ahead & a fresh space with the move this week. Thank you in advance for respecting our privacy as we work through this challenging time for our family, ❤️” she concluded.
Not long after the Instagram announcement, E! News confirmed that Chrisley would be opening up about her split on her Coffee Convos podcast with Teen Mom 2 alum Kailyn Lowry.
Chrisley and Campbell began dating in 2009 before eloping in 2012. While the former couple originally filed for a previous divorce in August 2016, it was ultimately dismissed in April 2017.
